Pathways 2 MPowerment (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers mobile alerts and updates via SMS to supporters, volunteers, and program participants. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

When you opt-in to our SMS service, you may receive recurring text messages including, but not limited to:

Updates on workforce development and reentry programs.
Information about our Resource Center and Food Pantry services.
Volunteer opportunities and community outreach alerts.
Fundraising and Giving initiatives (e.g., Seasons of Giving).
Organizational news and community announcements.

2. How to Opt-In

You may subscribe to receive SMS alerts by checking a box on our website contact/donation forms, texting a designated keyword, or completing an enrollment form that includes SMS consent. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or receiving services.

3. How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. We will send you a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed.

4. How to Get Help (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@pathways2mpowerment.org.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and our program schedules.

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

7. Supported Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
